Drypoint is created by engraving into a plastic plate using a drypoint needle. Ink is held in the lower levels of the plate and put through an etching press to make a print. Each engraving was made with spontaneity and energy, some even drawn on location. Each plate was then inked using a variety of techniques, treating each plate like a painting, resulting in one off unique and atmospheric pieces.
